KEY INGREDIENTS
Mugwort
A warming, cleansing herb that supports hormone balance & uterine health. Mugwort is an emmenagogue, promoting healthy menstrual flow & easing cramps. It also offers antibacterial & antifungal protection for the yoni.
Shatavari
A revered Ayurvedic rasayana & demulcent, shatavari strengthens the uterus, nourishes the reproductive system & helps soothe vaginal dryness.
Rose
The Queen of Flowers, rose soothes, tones & cools vaginal tissue. Its gentle energy is especially beneficial for heart-womb connection & easing hot flashes during menopause.
Calendula
A healing vulnerary herb, calendula supports tissue repair, making it an ideal postpartum ally to nourish & restore delicate skin.
DIRECTIONS
Pour 4–6 C. of boiled water into a large bowl & add 4–6 T. of Herbal Yoni Steam. Allow steam to cool slightly—test temperature with your hand before beginning.
Undress the lower half of your body & sit, squat or kneel above the bowl. Drape a towel or blanket around your waist to contain the steam.
Relax & enjoy until the steam subsides. Use 1–3 times per month as part of your self-care ritual.
