Our Synergee Kettlebells are a convenient, compact piece of equipment that store and travel well. They are available in various weights from 4 kg to 32kg, suitable for all athletic abilities and perfect for strength progressions.
Each bell is made from heavy-duty cast iron and its weight is marked by a colored ring on the handles. This allows you to identify the weights when you’re ready to start swinging! You’ve seen them be swung, pressed, squatted, and sometimes people even do one-legged squats standing on top of them! They can do all that, and so much more!
