It can be challenging to season food when following AIP protocol, but Pure Indian Foods AIP Everyday Seasoning blend, makes it easier! Simply use as needed to season vegetables, meat, soups, and curries. AIP doesn't have to be bland. We hope you enjoy this blend made specifically for the AIP Diet.
No anti-caking agents added. Lumps may form, which is natural and normal.
We don't add salt.
Some people like the convenience of an AIP seasoning blend with salt in it. However, salt is cheap. We don't want to decrease the overall value to you as the customer by adding salt. Adding salt means less of everything else in the same bottle. We wanted to increase the value to you by leaving out salt.
Secondly, we figured you have your own favorite salt. Even here at the company, we have employees who prefer sea salt, while others prefer Himalayan Pink Salt. We didn't want to choose your salt preference for you.
And thirdly, no one wants to be told how much salt to use in their food. You don't, and we don't either. So use as little or as much salt as you want! We won't decide for you. That said, adding salt really brings out the flavor of this seasoning, so we definitely recommend a sprinkle or two! :)
