Pre-owned Cabrinha FX 12m kite, believed to be a 2018 or 2019 model (year unconfirmed). Mauricio consignment. Owner reports the canopy is in excellent overall condition except for a trailing-edge tear requiring professional repair. Original Cabrinha bag included. Actual-item photos provided.
Condition and inflation testing: The kite inflated after the owner adjusted the valve/bladder position and its leading edge remained firm for approximately one hour before intentional deflation. A repair technician subsequently reported leakage during a separate assessment. Air retention beyond one hour and the cause of the conflicting results have not been established. A longer pressure test and valve/bladder inspection are recommended.
REPAIR PROJECT — NOT FLIGHT READY. Trailing-edge repair is required. Sold as-is; no guarantee of airworthiness, leak-free operation, or repairability. Have a qualified kite technician inspect and repair before use. Kite and bag only; control bar and lines are not included.
An Epic Adventure
Built for Adventure. Rooted in Community.
Epic was created from a simple belief: life is meant to be experienced, not watched from the sidelines.
What started as a passion for wind, water, nature, and exploration has grown into a community built around adventure, learning, and connection.
Through Epic Adventures, Epic Gardens, and Epic Adventure Scouts, we bring people together to explore the outdoors, develop new skills, and reconnect with the natural world.
Whether you’re riding wind and waves, learning how food grows, or guiding the next generation of explorers, Epic exists to help people live fully and intentionally.
